Danny O’Donoghue, born as Daniel John Mark Luke O'Donoghue, is an Irish singer and songwriter. He is best known for being the lead vocalist of the pop band ‘The Script’ alongside drummer Glen Power and singer cum guitarist Mark Sheehan. He is also famous for being a coach on the reality singing talent series ‘The Voice UK’. O'Donoghue has also worked for the band named ‘Mytown’. Currently, the musician also old co-owns ‘MadNotes Productions’, a music production company. Talking about the singer’s contributions to The Script, he has worked on albums such as ‘Science and Faith’, ‘No Sound Without Silence’ and ‘#3’ as a part of the band. • Danny O'Donoghue started his music career in the late 1990s by joining the band ‘Mytown’ after being signed to the Universal Records. After this, he moved to Los Angeles and started writing and producing for famous artists like Boyz II Men, Britney Spears and TLC. Later on, he came back to Dublin and formed the band ‘The Script’ with Mark Sheehan and Glen Power in 2001. Seven years later, the band released its debut album.
